This role ensures accurate content governance, seamless system integrations, and high-quality user experiences while partnering across functions to improve platform adoption and operational effectiveness.Essential Functions for this role include:Administer and maintain the Seismic platform, including content libraries, metadata, permissions, automation rules, and reporting structuresConfigure and support content automation tools (e.g., LiveDocs, Guided Assembly, FreeStyle, Digital Sales Room, Learning) to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand and regulatory standardsPerform regular audits to maintain content quality, metadata consistency, and platform hygieneManage intake, processing, and publishing of content, ensuring proper tagging, categorization, and governance adherenceExecute quality assurance reviews of materials (e.g., fact sheets and automated documents) to ensure accuracy and complianceCoordinate content review, approval, and expiration workflows with Marketing, Compliance, and Sales stakeholdersSupport development of curated pages, RFP materials, and specialized content experiencesMonitor and maintain integrations between Seismic and enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, CMS platforms), ensuring reliable data flowTroubleshoot platform and integration issues, partnering with IT and external support as neededAdminister user access, roles, and permissions across the platformPromote governance standards and best practices for platform usageDeliver training, documentation, and guidance to support user adoption and engagementServe as a subject matter expert for Seismic capabilities and provide recommendations for enhancementsPartner cross-functionally to support sales readiness and improve productivityPerforms other duties as assignedIf you have the following skills, we encourage you to apply:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience administering the Seismic platformMinimum of 5 years of experience producing fact sheets or regulated investment materialsActive Seismic certificationKnowledge of content governance, lifecycle management, and compliance requirementsExperience working with enterprise systems and integrations (e.g., Salesforce, CMS platforms)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting platform issuesStrong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality To benefit your career and support your wellbeing, we offer:Competitive Total Rewards package , including base pay, incentive programs, benefits, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributionsFlexible and hybrid work schedules to support work-life balanceTuition reimbursement to support continued educationProfessional and career development opportunities , including courses and certificationsComprehensive wellness programs promoting physical, mental, and emotional healthVolunteerism initiatives to encourage community engagementEqual Employment OpportunityAs a company, MissionSquare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
