Job description

Senior Software Engineer – Platform & Integrations Overview

The Platform and Integrations team is building core services to support the Seismic Platform, integrating external systems such as CRMs to create seamless experiences. With autonomy and ownership, you will apply an AI-first development philosophy, cloud-native architectures, and cutting‑edge technologies to maintain and build new features critical to the user experience.

Who you Are
  • 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET, unit testing, object‑oriented programming, and web services.
  • 3+ years of experience with PostgreSQL, including maintenance and tuning.
  • Proficient in Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and Domain‑Driven Development (DDD) with xUnit and Postman.
  • Experience with event‑driven architectures using Kafka and in‑memory data stores such as Redis.
  • Proficient in container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
  • Experience with major CRM ecosystems like Salesforce or Dynamics is a plus.
  • Front‑end experience is a plus.
  • Cloud expertise: experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and deployment of containerized applications into Kubernetes.
  • Extensive SaaS application development experience and understanding of modern distributed systems.
  • Experience collaborating with product management and design to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proven record of driving feature development from concept to launch.
  • Strong collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop AI‑native integrations that ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Provide cloud support by working closely with geographically distributed Cloud/DevOps teams, offering production support as needed.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, AI engineers, and product teams to integrate CRM capabilities across the Seismic platform.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices in full‑stack development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and UX designers.
