Security officer positions may require you to perform the following regularly during a shift:Location: Charlotte, NCEmployment Type: Full TimePay: $ 19.00/hrShifts: Thursday thru Monday 11pm - 7am Description: Unarmed security position providing fixed and roving patrol security for a client site. Shifts vary.  Responsibilities include:security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicleunderstand and fulfill obligations and responsibilities of all postsinvestigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.complete State of Georgia 24-hour basic security officer course within six month of hiring.complete applicable Safety & Environmental Rules training.maintain daily activity reports on paper, computer, smart phone or tablet.watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazardssound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized personspermit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exitsassist customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional mannercompleting post order training and familiarizationExpectations include one or more of the following essential job functions with or without a reasonable accommodation:be able to work overtime and on various shifts as needed; including weekends and holidays.
