We are hosting a hiring event for our site in Wells, ME! Details below:

Pay rate: $20.00

When: Friday7/29 10:00-2:00pm

Schedules available:

FT Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm

FT Wed-Sun11:00pm-7:00am

Location: 205 Spencer Drive, Wells, ME 04090

Security Officer Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service experience is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Dependable means of transportation
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
  • Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Security Guard Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • This is for a warehouse complex. Training will be provided, no prior security experience needed.
  • Use modern technology to monitor a variety of alarm signals and respond/dispatch security personnel to those alarms following the standard operations manual to notify the proper authorities.
  • Answer incoming lines
  • Must be able to remain calm and work well in a fast paced environment.
  • Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
  • Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
  • Conduct foot patrols of the premises.
  • Remain in appropriate, company issued uniform.
  • Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.
  • Maintain Proper use, completion and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and/or duties.
  • Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.
  • Comply with all requirements/directives within the on-site operations manual/post orders.
  • Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc
