Job description

Security/Flex Officer

POSITION SUMMARY for Security/Utility Officer: *Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, suspensions, holidays, etc. *Assist in start-ups at new accounts to include: working the site, training new officers *Work special security assignments as required. *Expect to work on weekends and holidays with limited notice, and work during “high need” periods. Ideal candidates meeting the basic requirements for this position must: Be at least 18 years of age; Be able to work flexible schedules; Have a high school diploma, GED, or 10 years of verifiable work experience; Be able to pass an extensive background check including criminal history, employment verification and references, registered sex-offender search, and drivers license validation; Be drug free and able to pass a drug screen (unless undergoing documented medical treatment); Have access to reliable transportation to and from the work location; Be able to communicate effectively both written and orally for the purpose of report writing and interacting with the public and emergency personnel; Be authorized to work in the U.S.; Be able to meet state licensing requirements for Security Officers, if required.

Starting pay rate is $15.50 an hour with a $300 hiring bonus after 90 days full time.
