PalAmerican Security - Security Officer Trainer Needed

Join PalAmerican Security as a Security Officer Trainer, where you will oversee the training and development of our security personnel. Are you passionate about ensuring that security staff are well-prepared to meet the demands of their roles while maintaining high standards of safety and service?

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions using various teaching methods.
  • Ensure training materials comply with regulations and industry standards.
  • Evaluate trainees' understanding and skills through assessments and feedback.
  • Update training programs to reflect changes in policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Must have Demonstrated Proficiency In:

  • Defensive tactics
  • Retraining for skill maintenance
  • Curriculum for security employee preparedness

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Create and manage training schedules, testing modules, and assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
