Threat & Risk Assessment Specialist

Location: Quito, Ecuador (with in-country travel)
Clearance: U.S. Government Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT / Tier 2), anticipated
Status: Contingent upon contract award

Position Overview

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Threat & Risk Assessment Specialist. This position is based in Quito, Ecuador, with in-country travel required, and is contingent upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and stand up a structured threat-assessment methodology for justice-sector personnel and infrastructure.

• Establish risk-classification criteria and a repeatable assessment process.

• Conduct protective-intelligence analysis to identify, assess, and manage threats.

• Feed assessed risk into protection planning and the centralized risk-information system.

• Train counterpart analysts to apply the methodology.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in threat and/or vulnerability analysis in a law-enforcement or intelligence context.

• Professional working proficiency in Spanish.

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT / Tier 2) determination.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assessing organized-crime or targeted threats against public officials.

• Latin America and the Caribbean regional experience.
