Could you be the full-time Sub-System Project Planner in Saint-Bruno, QC, we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in managing schedules and project performance, ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with technical, contractual, and organizational requirements. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, procurement, partners, and suppliers), analyze schedule deviations, and propose action plans to optimize timelines and facilitate decision-making.

You'll specifically take care of developing, consolidating, and maintaining reliable reference schedules, but also preparing planning reports and performance indicators.

We'll look to you for:

• Developing, structuring, and maintaining project schedules in accordance with the schedule management plan and internal standards

• Regularly updating schedules based on progress data and contributions from project participants

• Collecting, consolidating, and validating progress data (physical and calendar)

• Analyzing schedule deviations (delays, drifts, critical impacts) and identifying associated risks

• Preparing and producing planning reports and performance indicators

• Actively participating in periodic schedule reviews and project steering committees

• Monitoring deviations and proactively alerting core project teams

• Higher education (engineering degree or equivalent university degree)

• Experience in project planning, ideally in an industrial environment (engineering, construction, transport, energy, etc.)

• Proficiency in planning tools (such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent)

• Good command of office software, especially Excel (data analysis)

• Knowledge of project management principles and planning methods

• Strong analytical skills and sensitivity to deadline issues

• Ability to work in multi-actor and multicultural environments

• Proficiency in both French and English is required
