Job Description
Intelligence-Specific Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting SOF Global Services Delivery. Provides senior-level technical, operational, and strategic expertise in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF) missions worldwide. Advises leadership, supports mission planning and execution, enhances workforce readiness through training oversight, and ensures delivery of high-quality services aligned with customer requirements, operational priorities, and contract objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of intelligence experience
  • Experience in MASINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, TECHSIGINT, and Counterintelligence
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent military/operational experience
  • 10+ years supporting USSOCOM, Theater Special Operations Commands, or related SOF missions
  • Experience in SOF operations, global mission support, logistics, intelligence, communications, or training
  • Experience developing, managing, or overseeing training programs
  • Ability to work in austere, high-tempo, and multinational environments
  • Ability to prepare executive-level briefings and technical documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)
The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise across multiple intelligence disciplines, including MASINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, TECHSIGINT, and counterintelligence, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and decision-support products for senior leadership. They have proven experience coordinating with government leadership, military personnel, contractors, and international partners, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration. Strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance is essential. The candidate must also have excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to produce reports, white papers, and executive-level briefings. Additionally, they excel in mentoring, instruction, and knowledge transfer, while applying critical thinking and maintaining adaptability in high-pressure, fast-paced, and austere environments.
