As a Human Resources & Operations Admin at Mclaurin Aerospace, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions of Human Resources, Operations, and Contract Administration. This role coordinates key HR processes such as onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and benefits administration, while also assisting with operational workflows and contract documentation.This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on business needs and performance.
