Job description

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, clarify requirements, and identify opportunities for platform, AI, workflow, integration, and automation solutions.
  • Independently design, configure, develop, test, and implement moderately complex platform and AI-enabled solutions, including workflows, integrations, agents, prompts, prototypes, and decision-support tools.
  • Build practical business solutions using technologies such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, APIs, and other approved platforms.
  • Apply established solution frameworks, reusable patterns, integration standards, security controls, data-handling requirements, and support practices throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with architecture, platform, security, data, and business teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, supportable, and aligned with enterprise roadmaps.
  • Support intake, discovery, solution assessment, effort estimation, prioritization, architecture review, governance review, approval, and implementation planning for assigned initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the PMO and business stakeholders on adoption, change readiness, communications, training, governance checkpoints, and measurement of expected business value.
  • Prepare solution documentation, technical specifications, test plans, operating procedures, knowledge articles, support materials, and implementation guidance for assigned solutions.
  • Participate in Responsible AI, privacy, security, risk, and auditability reviews; address identified requirements before deployment or expanded use.
  • Monitor solution performance, adoption, utilization, support readiness, risks, and technical debt; recommend and implement continuous improvements within assigned areas.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in platform administration, solution delivery, business systems, workflow automation, business analysis, architecture support, or application development required.
Software Knowledge: Experience with ServiceNow, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Fabric, Databricks, APIs, enterprise integration tools, or automation platforms required.
Additional Requirements:
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify needs, recommend strategies, and deliver technology-enabled business outcomes.
  • Experience designing or building workflow, automation, AI-enabled, integration, or digital productivity solutions using governed patterns or frameworks.
