We are an ever expanding and highly reputable private security company that is looking for a Receptionist for our corporate office. Our office is very fast paced, with many activities going on simultaneously. We love what we do and go to great lengths to make ourselves available to our clients. We have offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, Sacramento, Oakland and Las Vegas.


Job Summary:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist?s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Responsibilities

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Coordinate people and locations in accordance with management
  • Plan, draft, and establish long-term schedules
  • Experience on technology driven scheduling platforms
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a high tempo environment
