The ideal candidate is an experienced operations and project management professional who can assign and coordinate team work, define project scope and business requirements, manage strategic initiatives end to end, and translate complex operational information into clear reports, procedures, job aids, and leadership communications. Key Responsibilities * Lead the Operations Program Management team responsible for critical operational processes, including end-to-end security project management, site start-up management, operations change management, operations bulletin releases, and security operations reporting.
* Document and standardize internal business practices for the OPM team to promote consistency, continuity, compliance, and operational readiness.
