Security Project Manager

Client & Contract Management

  • Serve as the primary company point of contact for our client
  • Ensure all contract specifications and service agreement requirements are met
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Handle escalated client issues and complaints
  • Conduct visits and inspections

Personnel Management

  • Supervise the recruiting and selection process of security officers and ensure all posts are staffed with qualified, trained personnel
  • Manage all account-specific employment practices including performance management and reviews, discipline, and complaint investigations
  • Create officer post/shift schedules and process payroll

Operations Management

  • Update post orders and emergency procedures on a regular basis
  • Conduct regular security inspections and investigate security threats and breaches
  • Be available 24/7 for calls, notifications, assistance and response to emergency situations

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate account files covering operations, and training
  • Attend all client meetings and meet expectations with any required client request or deliverable.

Typical Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in security operations with a proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities
  • Strong relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license
