Job description

We are looking for professional Project Manager to join the 6K Team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Individuals will support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)'s information Management Division (IMD) and provide system administrator support for various server Operating Systems and network operating equipment.
Duties include, but not limited to leadership and mentoring, contract management, contract finance, corporate policy, time and attendance, single point of contact to the Client.
Other duties include:
DUTIES
  • Provide monthly program management reviews
  • Understand the rules, regulations, and requirements for the government contract
  • Financial, programmatic, and administrative aspects of a project
  • Perform subcontractor management activities, including procurement tasks
  • Identify and monitor contract obligations to ensure on-time delivery
  • Formal knowledge of project management principles, processes, and tools
  • Conduct project planning, develop project documentation, define, and manage project resources, and provide project support.
  • Accountable for the overall success of the project as measured by meeting scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Facilitate resolution of issues that are pertinent to the success of the project, ensuring that corrective actions are in place to prevent or address project non-conformances.
  • Monitor and evaluate contract deliverables for operational effectiveness, functionality, cost, efficiency, benefits, and contract compliance

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Five Years of MS Desktop Productivity Suite 2013 or higher
  • Five Years of Desktop Operating Systems; Windows 10
  • Five Years of Customer Service experience
  • Working Knowledge with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence software
  • Working Knowledge with MS Project 2016 or higher
  • Working Knowledge with MS SharePoint 2016 or higher
  • Provide monthly program management reviews
