Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Security Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of security systems and site security operations across construction projects. This role will serve as the primary liaison between ownership, the GC team, subcontractors, and security consultants to ensure all security scopes are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • 3+ years focused on security systems or low-voltage/technology scopes
  • Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification (required)
  • PMP, PSP, or CPP certification (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
