Salary Range: $140,000 – $165,000


About the Role

Skyline Recruitment is representing a well-established construction firm with a strong presence across Vancouver. Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 6-storey wood frame residential project.

This role is suited to a hands-on Project Manager who has successfully delivered projects start to finish and is confident taking full ownership of both site and project performance. You will work closely with site teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading the project from pre-construction through to completion and handover.

Managing site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships.

Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and overall performance.

Identifying and resolving project risks and challenges proactively.

Coordinating procurement, trade sequencing, and site operations.

Managing change orders, cost tracking, and financial reporting.

Ensuring quality control and compliance with all project requirements.

Driving progress and maintaining accountability across all stakeholders.

Supporting project close-out, deficiencies, and turnover.


What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role.

Proven experience delivering a project start to finish as the lead PM.

Strong background in wood frame / residential construction.

Solid understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
