Your responsibilitiesMaintain good relationship with suppliers, consultants, general contractors and end usersManage all areas of the project including, contract management, financials, schedules, labour requirements, materials, deficiencies, etc.Estimate project costs, changes, and submit tendersComplete required paperwork for billing, and ensure payment is receivedReview reports and provide analytics to project teamArrange for project manuals to be completedEnsure that as-built drawings are completed and sent to the ownerReport to the Operations Manager and work closely with the field team and with the assigned office support (coordinators, designers, technicians, and accounting) to achieve project performance, budget and schedule targetsYour experience and skills3+ years of project management and estimating experience in related construction/electrical technologies fieldSolid knowledge of Security Systems including access control, CCTV and intrusion detectionTrades qualification and/or electrical TQ, an assetGood computer skills. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of Procore and Accubid, an assetStrong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; and able to interact with project stakeholders, other project manager/estimators, field team, and office support teamStrong organization and time management skillsAbout HouleAs BC's leading electrical contractor and systems integrator, we believe in delivering safe, reliable power for the future.
