Job description

Job Title

Under general supervision, receives and processes building access and key requests; tracks brass keys; assigns access levels and schedules electronic doors locks; produces audit reports and assists departments with audit closures; processes EMS reservation requests and coordinates campus building hours; assists with Facilities Management call center and creates work orders; coordinates with motor pool operations; assists with guiding student works; greets visitors and provides front-desk assistance; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent of two years of full-time employment.
