Job description

Job Description Tharros is seeking an experienced Program Manager in support of Air Force cyber operational test and cyber range efforts in San Antonio, TX. The PM will provide complete oversight and management of a team charged with providing test and range engineering, cyber vulnerability assessments, Unit Line Maintenance, security, training, and administrative and technical support to the execution of 346th Test Squadron and 318th Range Squadron cyber missions. * Organize all services provided to the government under this contract * Lead all program management, project control, and contract administration activities necessary to manage contract tasks to include staffing, cost, schedule and deliverables * Engage with the client to ensure our team meets requirements and performs according to identified quality standards * Manage staffing levels * Provide strategic guidance to multiple functional teams * Formulate, organize, and monitor projects * Prepare and/or present reports and briefings to government project managers * Fulfill task management deliverables requested by the government * Prepare and maintain monthly status reports, project schedules and risk management plans * Coordinate with task leads to ensure specific deliverables are completed within agreed upon timeframes * Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and recommend courses of action to the government Requirements * Must have current TS/SCI clearance.
* Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience managing related projects.
* IAT Level III certification required.
* IAM Level III certification required.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query, etc.). * Excellent verbal and written skills across all organizational levels.
