Torch Technologies is seeking a Weapons and Tactics Program Manager to join a team to assist the 23rd EWS, 350th Spectrum Warfare Group (350 SWG), 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW) at Eglin AFB, Florida. The 350 SWW is the technical focal point for all electronic warfare (EW) support of warfighter systems for the Combat Air Forces (CAF). The mission of the 350 SWW is to develop and test mission data (MD) to defeat enemy radar and infrared guided missile systems, thus enhancing aircrew and aircraft survivability in combat. This mission includes operational EW testing, MD development/validation/verification, force development evaluation execution and facilitating foreign materiel exploitation. This role will p rovide key advisory services to the 23rd EWS leadership in facilitating overall operations across the organization. The position is best suited for individuals experienced with day-to-day operations in an USAF squadron, group and wing organizations, or equivalent sister services. As a Weapons and Tactics Program Manager, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: * Provide advice and assistance in support of baselining and monitoring execution of programs/activities within the 23rd EWS portfolio;
* Review individual program mission data file (MDF) workflow development for directed Areas of Responsibility (AOR) and ensure compatibility and synergy for other programs developing those same AORs.
* Inform specific platform program technical objectives based on intel assessments of current and future advisory capabilities;
* Support 23rd EWS military intel officer and participate in working groups and study teams on electronic warfare technology readiness, integration and interoperability, and other topics related to concept planning and program/activity initiation and execution.
* The candidate will be required to learn about a wide variety of technical and programmatic subjects, well enough to ask pertinent questions and then present findings to unit leadership.
* Create presentations and other communications and should be experienced at writing briefings/materials for the unit leadership level. Required Qualifications: * U.S. Citizenship
* Masters' degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience; additional years of relevant experience may be substituted depending on totality of experience.
* DoD Program Management Level 2 Certification or multiple years of experience within the DAF.
* The candidate must also have a demonstrated ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations.
* Possess a working knowledge of computer systems and an understanding of Windows-based personal computers and Microsoft Office software.
* A successful candidate will be a motivated individual who is a self-starter and able to navigate the nuanced communications that will be required at the program leadership level.
* Possess the ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
* Top Secret Clearance is required at hire, and the candidate must be eligible for SCI. This level of security clearance must be maintained throughout employment. Preferred Qualifications: * Highly desirable (but not required) attributes include either operational EW experience on any CAF platform , experience in USAF operational employment of Airpower, or similar combat arms experience is suitable for the position.
* Previous experience in RF integration, EM spectrum management, antenna design, and digital signal processing is desired;
* Knowledge of EW weapons systems development, test and evaluation, and systems engineering.
