Job description

  • Managing the implementation of large and complex programs

  • Provides overall leadership and support to one or more project teams

  • Acts as front-line contact on program related activities, issues, and risks. Manages risks 

  • and issues and takes corrective measurements

  • Interfaces with C-Suite Executives, Business Unit Leaders and finance to develop ROI, IRR 

  • and other financial measures. Partners with purchasing to develop POs and manages 

  • suppliers and vendor relationships. Manages stakeholders' communication

  • Defines the program governance (controls)

  • Plans the overall program and monitors the progress, and performs daily program 

  • management throughout the program life cycle

  • Manages the program's budget and financial performance

  • Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies

  • Manages and utilizes resources across projects

  • May manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing 

  • performance objectives and goals, providing feedback and guidance and ensuring that all 

  • policies are understood and adhered to. 

  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical 

  • and digital security practices.

  • Experience with cross geographical project coordination and management

  • Experience with developing RFI/RFP and scoring mechanisms preferred

  • Experience in Organizational Change Management

EDUCATION

  • MEE required (Master in Electrical Engineering) 

  • CCNA or similar IT certification is required

What we offer:

Total Rewards:  We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $175,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
