  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Oversee integrator and subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with schedule commitments.

  • Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including site logs, QA/QC reports, inspection checklists, as-builts, and closeout materials.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and operational environments.

  • Retrofit Expertise: Manage challenges associated with live environment retrofits, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in project management roles overseeing physical security system installations.

    • Proven experience with security integrators or companies specializing in access control, CCTV, and physical security asset deployments.

    • Familiarity with data center environments and/or large-scale office projects.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of construction QA/QC processes, site inspections, and RFI management.

  • Certifications:

    • PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or ASIS certifications (PSP, CPP, or similar) strongly preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of physical security installation standards, wiring methods, and integration practices.
