Title:
Program Manager KBR's Product and Technology Solutions Division specializes in rapid prototyping and advanced technology solutions for directed energy, electronic warfare, and security applications. With expertise in electronic warfare systems, critical infrastructure protection, and product R&D, KBR delivers cutting-edge innovations to meet mission-critical needs. Backed by a global presence and a strong ethical framework, KBR collaborates closely with customers to develop secure, effective, and forward-thinking solutions. Position is Contingent on Award of Contract. Job Summary:
KBR is seeking a Program Manager to lead the delivery of a mission-critical Integrated Security Services contract supporting a complex federal security environment. This key leadership role is responsible for overall contract execution, strategic oversight, and ensuring the successful implementation, sustainment, and modernization of advanced electronic and physical security systems across multiple secure facilities. The Program Manager serves as the primary interface with government stakeholders, overseeing performance, schedule, cost, risk, personnel, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements. The program supports a broad portfolio of technologies including access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, physical security information management (PSIM), identity and credential management, biometric systems, screening systems, and mission-support applications. Roles and Responsibilities: * Lead the planning, execution, and sustainment of complex electronic security system programs.
* Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
* Coordinate with government stakeholders, subcontractors, and technical teams.
* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, security policies, and applicable DoD standards.
* Provide executive-level status briefings, reports, and program oversight.
* Support proposal development, staffing, and strategic growth initiatives as required. Basic Qualifications: * Must be a U.S. Citizen. Active DoD Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
* Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Science, or Computer Science.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Minimum of 15 years of experience implementing, managing, and sustaining complex electronic security systems.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex security system programs throughout planning, implementation, operations, and sustainment.
* Excellent leadership, communication, customer engagement, and program management skills. Work Location: On-site Compensation: $185,840.00 - $278,645.00. The salary range posted is for Washington, DC. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability, the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
