Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring efficient, reliable business operations. Coordinates and manages physical security operations, including client and employee relations, compliance with state, federal, and client requirements, and staffing. Oversees scheduling, matches staff to posts, distributes schedules, minimizes avoidable overtime, fills call-offs, and responds to client requests and schedule changes. Maintains data in automated systems and handles site communications.

Duties / Responsibilities

Duties may vary based on business needs. Employees are expected to perform assigned tasks professionally, ethically, and in compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

  • Serve as primary contact for required notifications to management
  • Maintain knowledge of site contracts, staffing levels, training, and exclusion lists
  • Ensure continuous site coverage, managing schedules, leave requests, emergencies, and call-offs
  • Schedule officers and supervisors to meet coverage needs while minimizing overtime
  • Resolve staffing issues and coordinate with branch management
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping, payroll, and billing data; resolve discrepancies
  • Serve as liaison among clients, management, and staff on scheduling and operational matters
  • Maintain on-call staff to fill vacancies
  • Identify staffing needs; assist with candidate screening and scheduling alignment
  • Recommend personnel changes based on performance or client concerns
  • Maintain records of certifications and training; coordinate training as needed
  • Manage key and equipment control processes
  • Perform related duties as required
Education / Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in scheduling, staffing, security operations, or related field
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
