About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced GSOC Manager to lead our Global Security Operations Center team. This position is responsible for overseeing all GSOC operations, including real-time threat monitoring, incident response, intelligence analysis, and coordination with internal and external partners to ensure the safety and security of company personnel, assets, and operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), ensuring 24/7 monitoring and response capability.
  • Manage a team of GSOC analysts including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and response protocols for incidents, emergencies, and critical events.
  • Monitor global threats, assess risks, and disseminate timely intelligence reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with physical security, internal department heads, and executive leadership.
  • Oversee the use of security technologies including CCTV, video analytics, access control, mass notification systems, and threat intelligence platforms.
  • Coordinate response efforts to security incidents, ensuring proper documentation, escalation, and resolution.
  • Conduct after-action reviews and continuously improve GSOC performance and resilience.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to security monitoring and data privacy.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, or related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing a 24/7 operations center or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of global threat environments and security risk management.
  • Familiarity with GSOC technologies and systems (e.g., Genetec, Everbridge, Maltego, Dataminr).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
  • Ability to reliably commute to Milford, MI for on-site position.
