To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have:

  • 4+ years of hands-on operations experience delivering measurable results
  • Strong manufacturing knowledge and experience, with a solid understanding of production, workflows and best practices
  • Proven experience leading a manufacturing team with focus, accountability and execution
  • Strong follow-through, project management, and the ability to drive initiatives to completion
  • Tech Savvy with familiarity of Microsoft Suite and strong Excel skills

Preferred:

  • NetSuite experience, including dashboards, system setup, or operational reporting
  • Experience using Click Up or other project management systems
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
  • Constraint based production scheduling experience
