We are seeking an experienced Airport Security Operations Manager to lead and oversee all airport security contract services, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service. This leadership role is responsible for the day-to-day management of Airport Security, Security Operations Control Centre (SOCC), Pass Control Office, Quality Assurance, and Training programs while supporting staff, stakeholders, and airport authorities in a dynamic 24/7 environment.

  • Monitor operational budgets, performance metrics, and service delivery standards.
  • Act as a liaison between airport stakeholders, management, employees, and clients.
  • Lead health, safety, risk management, and incident investigations.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to provide proof of eligibility upon hire.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred.
  • 5-10 years of progressive security management experience.
  • 3-5 years leading large operational teams.
  • Airport, aviation, or critical infrastructure security experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations, CASR, ASM, emergency response, and threat/risk assessment.
  • Experience managing unionized workforces is an asset.
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to obtain airport security clearances.
