Titan Security is hiring Security Dispatchers, Gate Officers, and Patrol Officers in the Dearborn, Michigan area.
Duties for Dispatchers May Include:
- Monitor CCTV Camera System
- Dispatch Patrol Officers to Locations
- Answer Regular Phones and Emergency Phones
- Monitor Alarm Panels
- Respond to Radio Calls
- Write Reports
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to All Parties Encountered While on Duty, Including Assisting with Directions and General Business Information
Duties for Security Officers May Include:
- Control Access to the Plant Through Gate Operations, Verifying Credentials of Employees, Contractors, and Visitors
- Checking Vehicle Passes to Make Sure the Vehicles Are Allowed on Property
- Checking Semi Trucks Paperwork and Directing Them to the Proper Gate
- Understanding Marsec (Maritime Security) Procedures
- Conduct Marsec Vehicle Inspections
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to All Parties Encountered While on Duty, Including Assisting with Directions and General Business Information
Qualifications:
- Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age
- Must Have a Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Able to Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check
- Previous Experience in Security Is Preferred
