Position Summary The Operations Analyst supports daily operational, administrative, and employee engagement functions to ensure efficient internal processes and positive employee experience. This role serves as a central point of coordination across departments, supporting reporting, compliance, onboarding, facilities, communications, and engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Employee Engagement & Recognition * Select and source employee recognition gifts and communications for anniversaries, birthdays, and achievements.
* Assemble and package welcome boxes for new hires.
* Support planning of corporate events and outings.
* Manage distribution of employee engagement surveys and annual registration for Top Workplaces awards.
Corporate Communications & Social Media * Develop and implement strategies for company-wide announcements to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
* Coordinate with departments to gather relevant updates and content for monthly corporate newsletters.
* Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for company social media platforms, and measure engagement across platforms.
* Maintain and update content on the company SharePoint Intranet, ensuring information is accurate, current, and organized for easy access. Onboarding & Offboarding Access Management * Coordinate and issue company assets and access credentials for new hires.
* Maintain accurate records of assets and access permissions, including timely updates and revocations.
* Manage the ordering and distribution of employee supplies to ensure timely delivery.
* Own the asset assignment and retrieval process upon employee start and separations. Facilities & Office Administration * Facilitate communication between building management and corporate staff to ensure timely execution and resolution of issues at office.
* Monitor and maintain inventory levels of office supplies. Respond to employee requests for specific supplies and ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment.
* Coordinate and manage the shipping process for outgoing products, including scheduling shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
* Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and address any issues that arise during transit.
* Ad-hoc project and operations support requests as necessary
* Maintain Operations email inbox, acting as the first line of support to employees, categorizing, and assigning requests to relevant parties Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
* Comfortable knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, PowerPoint and Visio
* Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
* Understanding of process flows and process optimization
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to identify urgency and prioritize work accordingly
