Job description

Location: Kingston, GA
Position: Full-Time, Salaried
Salary: $70,000 annually
Reports To: Clarion Operations Management
Position Summary:
Clarion Security is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee security operations at a manufacturing facility in Kingston, GA. The Account Manager will serve as Clarion's primary on-site representative and will be responsible for staffing, employee performance, training compliance, client communication, reporting, and overall contract performance.
The client requires the Account Manager to act as the supplier's authorized on-site representative and liaison with client Security Management.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain appropriate staffing and ensure required security posts are covered
  • Manage supervisors and security personnel assigned to the account
  • Ensure employees are properly trained, licensed, certified, equipped, and professionally presented
  • Maintain schedules, timekeeping records, staffing reports, training documentation, and required audit packages
  • Monitor account performance and service-level compliance
  • Prepare and present operational and KPI results during client business reviews
  • Identify performance trends, develop corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement
  • Respond to client communications and operational concerns
  • Coordinate with Clarion recruiting, HR, payroll, training, and operations support

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of security experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Management, or related field preferred
  • Experience managing a large security workforce or complex industrial/manufacturing account preferred
  • Strong scheduling, administrative, leadership, and client-service skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel and workforce-management/reporting systems
  • Familiarity with KPI-driven account management, including monitoring performance, reporting results, presenting metrics to client and company leadership, identifying deficiencies, and implementing corrective actions and continuous-improvement initiatives
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to regularly walk security posts and inspect assigned areas within a manufacturing facility.
  • Ability to navigate stairs, uneven surfaces, and various indoor and outdoor work environments as required by the client site.
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other standard office equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through electronic communication.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed for routine operational duties.
  • Ability to respond to operational issues throughout the facility and remain mobile as required.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
