Job description

Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Security Operation Architect to lead their Cybersecurity Operations Portfolio. The role involves advising cross-functional teams on technology selections, developing roadmaps, and creating scalable coding frameworks for system design in a security context.
Responsibilities:
• Advises cross-functional teams on technology selections and decisions to achieve target state cybersecurity on improvements to current cybersecurity parameters
• Develop roadmaps aligned with business and architecture strategy and priorities
• Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks on the public cloud for new system design patterns and process templates
• Develops secure and high-quality production code and reviews and debugs code written by others
• Serves as the function's go-to subject matter expert and drives thought leadership within the product line
• Contributes to the development of technical methods in cybersecurity in line with the latest product development methodologies
Qualifications:
Required:
• Should come from Financial Services or other large Tech Company
• Should be very strong with SIEM, Azure, Splunk, Forensics
• Should be coming from Security Operations background
• What are the threats, what are the solutions, how to implement, etc. – Security Architecture
• CISSP is a minimum cert, others don't matter too much but will be a plus
Preferred:
• Any modernization experience is a huge plus
