What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, verifying access permissions, and supporting security-related protocols throughout the location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help identify potential concerns and support security-related operations.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or operational disruptions, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Support emergency response activities by following post instructions, assisting with orderly movement of personnel, and documenting security-related events involving the location.

Minimum Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
