A premier residential community in Kendall is seeking a highly professional, dependable, and customer-focused Certified Security Officer to join our team immediately.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced security professional who takes pride in providing exceptional service while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and visitors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and patrol community property to ensure the safety and security of residents, guests, and assets.
  • Control access points and verify resident, visitor, and vendor entry.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
  • Maintain a visible security presence while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Enforce community rules, policies, and security procedures.


Required Qualifications

  • Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required).
  • Valid Florida Driver License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability and willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
