Job description

Hello Folks,
Hope you are doing good!
Please find the below requirement and let me know your interest?
Job Title: Business Analyst with Capital Market experience
Location: New Jersey (3days Hybrid)
Experience Required: 12+ years
Visa: GC, GC EAD, USC, H4 EAD only
Project Overview
The objective of this initiative is to integrate data from PGIM Fixed Income, PGIM Private Capital, and PGIM Real Estate into PDR.
This process will include transactions, security master, and holdings data, with the goal of enhancing data delivery efficiency to provide clients with timely T+1 updates (rather than T+2) directly from original sources.

A critical requirement is the ability to differentiate between IBOR (Investment Book of Records) and ABOR (Accounting Book of Records) within PDR, ensuring the right data is used when constructing feeds. The integrated data will also support the generation of feeds for the client instance of Aladdin.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data integration into PDR.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams to define functional requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Understand and differentiate between IBOR vs. ABOR data to ensure accurate usage in feeds.
  • Analyze and validate transaction, security master, and holdings data across multiple asset classes.
  • Support the creation of data feeds into Aladdin, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Define workflows, business rules, and use cases for data automation processes.
  • Partner with QA and UAT teams to develop test cases and validate solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, operations, and technology teams.
  • Prepare business process documentation, functional specifications, and user stories.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in investment management / financial services.
  • Deep understanding of IBOR and ABOR concepts and their application in data integration.
  • Experience working with PDR or similar data repositories.
  • Knowledge of Aladdin platform and client data feed processes.
  • Expertise in data analysis, data mapping, and data validation.
  • Familiarity with transactions, security master, and holdings data in asset management.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work across global stakeholders.
  • Experience in Agile delivery and creating detailed business documentation.
