Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven Security Manager to oversee operations within a corporate environment. This role requires strong leadership, administrative precision, and the ability to operate confidently within a structured corporate setting.

We are specifically seeking candidates with prior experience in executive assistance, operations coordination, or high-level administrative support, as this role requires discretion, communication skills, and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures

Create and monitor the security operations budget

Hire, train, and supervise security personnel

Understand the security needs of the organization

Create and implement security procedures for specific events

Review incident reports created by security personnel

Resolve security breaches or incidents

Qualifications

PERC AND 20 HR BASIC TRAINING CERTIFICATE ARE MANDATORY.

Previous experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role

Familiarity with security technology and equipment (cameras, CCTV alarms, etc)

Understanding of best practices in security protocols

Experience with emergency response planning

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications

High level of integrity and discretion

Excellent leadership skills
