Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Security Site Supervisor in the Savannah, Ga. area. Come join a diverse and inclusive team that believes in providing excellent customer service and recognizes that its greatest asset is its employees.

The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring personnel perform their duties in accordance with DSI policies, client requirements, and post instructions. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to site management.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned security personnel
  • Assign patrol areas and monitor officer performance
  • Train, mentor, and support new and existing security staff
  • Enforce compliance with security protocols, post instructions, and safety policies
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors
  • Observe, correct, and report hazards, incidents, and security concerns
  • Ensure adherence to DSI and client-specific requirements
  • Participate in required training and follow DSI safety procedures and manuals
  • Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public
  • Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
Qualifications amp; Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience (security field preferred but not mandatory).
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation and means of communication
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions
  • Must meet all pre-employment requirements
