Job description

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with a technical support center in South East Asia and East Africa, that provides program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to support the Air Force project in Ohio. You will provide security program management support for SCIF and secure facility projects, ensuring compliance with security requirements, supporting accreditation activities, and maintaining the integrity of physical security programs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage SCIF security programming and support secure facility operations.
  • Ensure compliance with ICD 705 requirements.
  • Support DIA accreditation activities.
  • Prepare and maintain security documentation.
  • Manage the Construction Surveillance Program.
  • Oversee Site Security Technicians.
  • Support security testing and accreditation activities.
  • Manage site access in accordance with established security requirements.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

  • Over 15 years of experience in Physical Security, TEMPEST, and MILCON project management, Antiterrorism (AT) and Force Protection (FP)
  • Training in ICD 705, Site Security Manager (SSM), and TEMPEST
  • Experience authoring and implementing Construction Security Plans (CSP) and coordinating Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM)
  • Expertise in the design, installation, operation, and accreditation of IDS, ACS, WIDS, SCIFs, and SAPFs
  • Eligible for TS/SCI and SAP access as required.
