Job description

Maintain corporate campus security in association with the Main Office Loss Prevention Manager and administration team. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service

  • Maintain access control system

  • Assist with key control and coordinate with facilities maintenance to verify proper maintenance of access points

  • Assist with the security of the corporate campus facility and grounds, including facilities under construction or remodel

  • Respond to individuals presenting security concerns

  • Investigate security related issues and concerns, including resolution and follow-up

  • Prepare security related reports and documents

  • Collaborate with local authorities

  • Report and document unsafe conditions

  • Investigate and document incidents

  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus 1+ years of security experience; or combination of relevant education and experience.

  • Minimum 18 years of age

  • Ability to pass drug test

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

  • Ability to work weekends on a regular basis

  • Ability to work any shift

  • Ability to travel independently on an occasional basis

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Accuracy/attention to detail

  • Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects

  • Familiarity with loss prevention terms and processes

  • Valid drivers license
