Contingent key position for upcoming proposal Are you ready to support critical Army missions and make a lasting impact? Amentum is seeking a Security Manager to join our team to support the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command.

The selected candidate will to ensure contractor operations meet the compliance requirements outlined in DoW guidelines and security policies supporting the Reagan Test Site Operations, Sustainment, Improvement, and Engineering (ROSIE) contract. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the ROSIE Contractor Security Manager and oversee the security program to ensure a secure work environment and compliance with all applicable ARs, DoW manuals, and USASMDC policies. Ensure contractor personnel adhere to established security protocols for safeguarding classified and sensitive information. * Lead security measures and systems to protect ROSIE resources, including facilities and personnel.

Review and implement security improvement plans and risk mitigation strategies while adhering to all government-mandated security regulations. Provide oversight to ensure audits, investigations, and inspections are effectively conducted and findings are properly resolved. * Foster close working relationships with governmental security authorities to ensure consistent communication and alignment of security priorities.

Effectively communicate security requirements, risks, and program updates to leadership and stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. * Nationally recognized security certification (e.g., CISSP, PMP Security, or equivalent).

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing security in a DoD or similarly structured environment. Expertise in security protocols, risk prevention, and policy compliance. * Proven capability to lead investigations, resolve conflicts, and enforce standards.

Familiarity with DoW and Department of Army security programs, procedures, and reporting requirements. Must have an active Secret clearance at time of application and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
