Job Description:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Armed security officer (must pass Armed training, have valid pistol permit).
  • Armed Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience (3+ years) preferred.
  • A curious nature that helps you to remain aware of the activities around you.
  • The ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in a critical situation.
  • Possess strong physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting and addressing the concerns of visitors and employees.
  • Monitor access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, employing appropriate actions as identified in established procedures.
  • Must have basic computer experience and the ability to use a tablet to conduct security reports.
  • Be literate in the English language and be able to read and understand written orders and instructions, complete standard forms and logs and compose reports that convey complete information.
  • Pass a background investigation.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate logs detailing activities, incidents, and noteworthy observations to facilitate thorough reporting and analysis.
