Job Summary
We are seeking professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in Wisconsin. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment by protecting our premises, assets, and employees, while preventing any illegal or inappropriate occurrences.
We offer flexible part-time scheduling to accommodate work-life balance while providing professional opportunities for those seeking to grow in the security field. The ideal candidate has prior security or law enforcement experience, maintains the highest degree of integrity, and is fully certified to preform as a security officer. 
Responsibilities 
  • Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility
  • Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility
  • Remove trespassers when necessary
  • Monitor surveillance cameras 
  • Respond to reports of suspicious activity
  • Report on daily activities and any security incidents
Qualifications
  • Valid Wisconsin Private Security Person license (security guard license)
  • Previous experience as a Security Guard, Armed Officer, or in a similar position(Preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License or State ID
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures
  • Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
