Your Role:

Our successful Security Guard promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.

Keys to Success in this Role:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous security experience preferred. Valid driver’s license required.
  • New York State Security Guard License
  • Maintain a constant vigilance to insure the safety of patrons and employees and company property.
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Enforces and adheres to Saratoga Casino Hotel policy and procedure.
  • Responsible for enforcing security procedures at all assigned posts.
  • Promotes outstanding interdepartmental and customer relations.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Able to stand and walk 6-8 hours.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
