Job Overview:

The Security Supervisoris responsible foroverseeing and managing the hotel's security operations to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of security officers.
  • Assign tasks, schedule shifts, andmonitorperformance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Address disciplinary issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Security Operations:
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
