Job description

JOB TITLE: Unarmed Security Guard

CLASSIFICATION: FT

SCHEDULE: Nights/Days

LOCATION: TBD

PAY: $20-$22 starting ($21.00)

ESSENTIAL ROLE:

We seek experienced and qualified candidates to fill full-time shift hours *June starting* set schedules. Location sites within the Seattle location in Washington.

To succeed, candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience in the security industry, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, own personal vehicle and proficiency with smartphone technology.

Hiring for Summer start dates / contracts, interviews, and the hiring process will be open until the perfect candidates are selected.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a visible deterrent.
  • Patrol the facility to report potential safety or security risks.
  • Provide emergency response to aid with incidents.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service in both written and oral communications.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed reports!
  • This position includes regular walking and standing for extended periods.
  • Some kneeling, stooping, or crouching may be involved.
  • Ability to work outside in the elements (weather).
  • Report any suspicious incidents to management in detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18+ years of age for all locations.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent job-related experience
  • Valid state driver's license/safe driving record (For operating company vehicles)
  • Able to pass drug test & background screening.
  • Must have smartphone/data plan.
  • Basic computer/mobile device skills
  • MUST have an Active security guard license in WA State
  • Must have personal vehicle for working on site- public transit will not work for these positions

ADDITIONAL: (Preferred)

  • Armed security guard license
  • History with Report writing and site patrol duties.
  • CPR & first aid certification
  • Bilingual
