These abilities are crucial for protecting sensitive infrastructure and data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and responding promptly to potential security threats.

Job Details
About First Coast Security
First Coast Security is a national security services company delivering comprehensive security solutions including armed and unarmed guarding, detection technologies, and physical security systems across 30+ states. We are a veteran-friendly organization experiencing significant growth, and we are expanding our program management capability to support a growing portfolio of large enterprise engagements.
The Role
We are looking for a Program Manager based in St. Louis to lead a security project management program for one of our largest enterprise clients. The client is building a series of new, high-security data center campuses across several states, and we run the project management that keeps those builds on track. You will lead a team of project managers deployed to active construction sites, serve as our primary point of contact with the client's senior program leadership, and own the delivery of the program end to end.
You will set priorities across sites, keep the program on schedule, and carry the client relationship on your own. This role comes with real autonomy and real accountability. If you have run large builds and know how to keep a multi-site team pointed in the same direction, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
Program Leadership
  • Lead delivery of the security project management program across multiple client sites in Louisiana, Texas, and Missouri.
  • Manage a team of on-site project managers, including assignments, priorities, quality of work product, and performance.
  • Set the program's reporting rhythm and keep clear records that hold up to both client and executive review.

Client & Delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's senior security program leadership.
  • Track schedules, staffing, and risk across all sites, and get ahead of problems before they affect the build.
  • Support invoice review and purchase-order tracking, including validating project progress against amounts billed and making recommendations to leadership.

Operations
  • Own the operational backbone of the program: onboarding, scheduling, and time-off coordination for the project management team.
  • Coordinate time off through FCS as the prime contractor and ensure required advance notice reaches the client's program lead.

What You Bring
Required
  • 7+ years managing large construction, data center, or capital projects, with direct ownership of schedule, budget, and vendor performance.
  • Proven track record leading teams across multiple locations at the same time.
  • Strong client-facing presence, with the ability to carry a senior client relationship independently.
  • Working knowledge of electronic physical security systems (access control, intrusion detection, camera surveillance) and how they are installed.
  • Fluency with construction drawings and standard project management software.
  • Based in the St. Louis metro or willing to relocate, with occasional travel to active sites (up to approximately 20%).

Strongly Preferred
  • Experience on data center or other mission-critical facility builds.
  • PMP certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Lenel or comparable enterprise access control platforms.
  • Experience managing contract or embedded staff on behalf of a large enterprise client.
  • Military, law enforcement, or security industry background is a plus.

What We Offer
  • Company sponsored 401(k)
  • Access to company-sponsored health, dental, and vision plans
  • PTO
  • High degree of autonomy to run the program on your own judgment
  • High-visibility role leading a marquee enterprise engagement
  • Professional development support for certifications and training
