Dinasty Security Inc. is hiring a dependable Unarmed Security Guard for a swing post in Vernon. We're looking for someone who understands the responsibility the role carries — a person who operates with integrity and respect, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in the uniform. Position Title: Unarmed Security Guard 
Job Type: Full-Time, Swing Shift

The Role at a Glance 
  • Position: Unarmed Security Guard 
  • Shift: Full-Time, Swing Monday - Friday 1 PM - 9:30 PM

What You'll Do 
  • Access Control: screen and register all incoming visitors 
  • Perform hourly patrols on foot or by golf cart (Detex checkpoints) 
  • Secure and guard the facility and all designated areas 
  • Remain alert and observe for any suspicious activity 
  • Report: create incident reports and notify management of any incidents 
  • Log trucks, trailers, containers, and temperatures in/out 
  • Check seal numbers on trucks, trailers, and containers 
  • Customer service: provide manners and respect at all times 
  • Communicate with the client regarding daily activity and serious incident logs 
  • Protect the property and provide safety to personnel and assets 
✔ What We're Looking For 
  • Valid California Guard Card (required) 
  • Must be 18 years or older 
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. 
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check 
  • Punctual, professional, presentable, and self-aware 
  • Able to stand for the entire shift and lift 15–20 lbs. 
  • Strong communication skills and situational awareness 
  • Computer literate — comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting 
  • High school diploma or equivalent — preferred 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish — preferred 
  • Prior training in CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military/law enforcement — highly desirable
