Job description

We at Top Gun Security are looking for Armed Security Officer candidates who are seeking professional and attentive work. The ideal candidate would be someone who understands professionalism, is clean cut and respectful, and reliable We are a fast-growing security firm, and we would like to add more security professionals to our team. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols (interior and exterior)
  • Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
  • Control access and egress at assigned locations
  • Respond to emergencies, sound alarms, and contact authorities if needed
  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
  • Provide professional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors
  • Deter criminal activity and misconduct on property


Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Florida Class D Security License
  • Must have a valid Florida Class G Firearm License
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must pass a mental health assessment and drug screening
  • Must have a clean, verifiable work history
  • Must maintain military/law enforcement-style grooming and professional appearance
  • Prior military: DD214 required with discharge status
  • U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts and have reliable transportation
