We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team designing, building, and testing electro-optical mechanical stabilized systems. The Systems Engineer will execute multiple aspects of the systems engineering discipline, to include requirements decomposition into software/hardware functions, system performance analysis and trade studies, oversight of software/hardware development and system integration and test activities to ensure system requirements closure. The Systems Engineer will interact with the development teams, production teams, program leadership, and customer regarding technical considerations, risks, and issue closure associated with our programs capabilities. Experiences and Background We Look For: * Eligible to obtain and hold a Top Secret clearance.

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $165,000; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to: the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
