    Job Skills / Requirements

IPSC is recruiting for security officers with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly-regarded team.

Shifts: 6am-6pm

Pay rate is $14 per hour, paid weekly . We now have Daily Pay , where you can easily access your daily earnings on demand!

This position does require you to have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years of age.

Full-time and Part-time positions available. Retirees and Veterans are welcome. Apply today! Prior law enforcement, military and/or 1 year of security experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned properties

  • Maintain a visible security presence and help deter unauthorized activity

  • Monitor and report security concerns, hazards, and unusual occurrences

  • Respond appropriately to incidents and follow established procedures

  • Document nightly activities and complete required reports

  • Investigate and report potential breaches of property

  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members

  • Work independently while also supporting the security team

  • 18 years of age or older

  • Strong communicators with good conflict-resolution skills

  • Dependable and responsible

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

  • Able to successfully complete the company's pre-employment screening process

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain any security license required for the position

Security Officers should be comfortable with the physical activities associated with the position, which may include:

  • Standing, walking, sitting, running, and climbing as needed

  • Reading and documenting information accurately

  • Communicating clearly during routine operations and emergency situations

  • Remaining alert and responding appropriately to changing circumstances

  • Detecting and identifying relevant sounds, alarms, or emergency conditions

  • Lifting up to 50 pounds when required by the assignment

  • Operating a motor vehicle when required by the assigned post
